At Jennifer Layne Acupuncture and Wellness, our mission is to heal our patients, so they can live with less pain, less stress and improved quality of life. 

We achieve our mission through acupuncture, massage, physical therapy and a holistic suite of restorative products, services and classes.

We believe that by treating our patients well – spending time with them, listening to them, and personalizing our treatment plans for their specific symptoms and lifestyles – we can discover and address the root problem and move toward lasting healing and improvement.

We combine different treatment modalities to address root problems instead of simply treating surface-level symptoms. Patients are viewed holistically, as full human beings, allowing for a more comprehensive and targeted treatment plan that takes all relevant factors into account. 

Each form of service is used intentionally to create a specific healing effect, and different services are used together to complement one another and augment a patient’s treatment pathway. Our experts marry science with ancient wisdom, expertise with empathy, and physical healing with emotional well-being.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. New patient intake forms are completed online prior to your visit.

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, cash, check, and HSA/FSA cards when applicable.

Yes. Gift certificates are available online and in person, can be purchased in any dollar amount, and may be used toward services and retail items. Gift certificate purchase must be completed within the Jane booking system.

Yes. Many insurance plans include acupuncture and physical therapy benefits. We are happy to verify your coverage  HSA/FSA cards are also accepted for all services.

We kindly ask that cancellations or reschedules be made with at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. We understand last-minute situations arise and appreciate being notified as soon as you’re able so we may offer the appointment to another patient.

Gratuity is customary for massage therapy services and always appreciated, though never required. If you choose to leave a gratuity, it may be provided via cash or Venmo.
