Yoga therapy sessions provide complete adherence to confidentiality & HIPPA Laws while incorporating a variety of therapeutic techniques.  Some of these techniques are posture, energy, healing, breath work, meditation, visualization, soft sounds and reflexology.  Yoga therapy is tailored toward the client needs and can be completed within a few months time.
